My sewing room has become too small! I had two choices: move house, or move room! Well I took the second. It’s taken me a month to pack up my fabric into plastic bins and move them into the guest room, we need to break a wall down between two rooms to create a bigger sewing room. I think this will take another month!
I’m not a happy crafter!

Good opportunity to throw stuff out, if you can bear to!
I was ruthless! I’m going to do a second clean out when I move into the new room!
Tearing down a wall makes a lot of dust. While you wait, think about your storage options and how you would like to improve functionality in the new bigger space. Feeling your pain !
The dust and the invasion of my privacy is bad! Thanks for visiting!
Can’t wait to see pictures. It’s going to be worth it in the long run
It’s the waiting that the problem! π
Waiting for delayed gratification was never my strong suit either.
You so on my page! I can’t say it better! π
Hopefully, once it’s all over, you’ll think the fuss and bother was worth while!
That what I keep saying to myself! π
It will be do worth it, good luck π
Thanks I need it!
A bigger room will be worth it. Hang in there.
I sometimes think about moving my sewing stuff out of our shared office and into one of the two spare bedrooms, but whenever I think that, we are inundated with guests – and I would miss the balcony.
I’m kind of starting to think that hand sewing has it merits! You don’t need this big room for all the sewing machines!
How great to be abel to do that! Look forward to hearing about your new crafting space π
Thanks. I’ll keep you up dated.
A bigger sewing room is like winning the lottery. Best of luck with the redo. It will be worth it in the end.
You too kind thank you. Love Nikki
