Gorgeous pieces! Your knitted blanket made with stripey sock wool is inspired! Are you following a pattern or is it stocking stitch all the way up? Sarah xx
Thanks for that! It based on a pattern from a pattern in the Knitting with the Color Guys by Kaffe Fasset and Brandon Mably, called the Stripped Stole blanket. Yes it is knitted in stocking stitch.
The little cardi’s are so sweet.
Do you block once the cardi’s are made up? I’ve finished one that’s a bit small. I only realised once it was stitched together. I thought you needed to block before making up, but didn’t do it, and don’t want to take it apart again.
I sew it up before I block! If you block each piece before sewing it up you have to make sure each piece matches! That to complicated for me! Hope this helps!
